Bought a Deafheaven Lonely People⦠tee today and decided to spin this masterpiece front to back tonight, first time in probably 2-3 months.
Still teetering on whether this or Sunbather is their best though.

I think they just wants us to know they will experiment from time to time but that doesnt mean they still got that special juice that got them big in the first place
This album is still so amazing and it alternates between a 4.5 - 5 for me and with time it probably will end up as the latter

In blur and Great mass are easily my most played deafheaven songs. If the rest of the album was up to that level it would've been goated.

In Blur and Great Mass are bangers but i think they sound a bit too much alike, so i tend to listen more to Mass

Took a walk to the park the other day with this album spinning through some nicer headphones; Amethyst almost made me cry in public
