Every run through of this has been the same. It’s good. It might be very good for its style idk. It just doesn’t really have that extra something that makes me want to return



I’ve been (initially, subconsciously) doing a ceiling / floor thing recently, viewing music thru a lens of prospective enjoyment in the longer term and as much as this has a fantastic baseline, I think it has limits



tl;dr - there are other (musical) things I’d rather invest my time into. I’m glad the bigger fans seem to like it tho

It’s there, as a very tenuous comp, especially the gothic elements in rock / metal combined with the vox (their timbre is different tho admittedly, not trying to lump all female rock vocalists together here… like I said, it’s far from a perfect comp)
