Been a big fan of Ken's since the Unearth days, long read but it's good to have a band member finally come out and say what happened. Probably gonna start another big drama storm with Tim on the PR tour. How long until he just doubles down and goes team MAGA lol.

So he really is just a gigantic narcissistic asshole who tried to capitalize on his "redemption arc" and just ran over everyone in the process. I hope this band fucking stays dead.

Dudes with no integrity continuing this band sounds about right for Tim.

To play devil's advocate, I could see how it's an enticing opportunity if you're desperate to get into the industry. You know, morals aside lol.

Yeah even in that interview he mentioned that he reached out to Nick and he laid out everything for him about Tim and he still decided to work with him is stupid.

It certainly looks worse now it's confirmed he's still awful. But it's tough when you have a prior relationship with someone. On some level you may naively believe that it will be OK, even knowing there's a financial motivation behind it. Maybe you set a condition for yourself, if things look good and like he's trying and doing better then we'll go ahead but if things turn bad, it's over....

It's a really tough topic. Many of you who are ripping on Ken for saddling up might also be angry at an ex-con not getting work opportunities after they do their time, or an addict or something. I'm just glad we have a band member confirming it finally. The originals never did.

The comments by Susi are pretty hard to read. He seems to have trouble finishing complete thoughts and forming them into coherent sentences lol

I think it's perfectly reasonable to want to give someone you know and care about the benefit of the doubt when they tell you directly that they're trying to get better. However, it should not take a full album and tour cycle of bullshit from that same person before you step back and say, "Gee maybe this dude is actually full of shit and I should have enough integrity to not involve myself with this walking disaster."
