Thought it leans too heavy on noise and pure non-stop aggression. Sorry lads, just not seeing what makes this one special.

"noise and pure non-stop aggression"

This is training for your upcoming fatherhood. Set your device of choice to blasting this at full volume for ten minutes at ~90 minute intervals between 10 pm and 5 am for the most realistic simulation.

Yeah this is like straight up war metal. Very oppressive, evil atmosphere on this thing and it's really good, but honestly I think I prefer Endless Wound

Went to a local quiz night with a few friends last night and out of nowhere one of my mates brings up this album as the hardest shit he's heard in ages. Might just have to give it a few more spins for that reason alone. Stars align and all.

This does clap cheeks. Ticks all the eroded boxes like 'angular', 'abrasive' etc. pp. What it lacks in atmosphere and creativity compared to its predecessor, it makes up for in ahrdness and top-notch prod. Inclined to agree that this is one of the best from the class of '24.

As a father as of two weeks I might just have to rejam this and see if it truly sounds like contemporary adult easy listening in comparison to the evening colic cacophanies.

Bro this still riffs pretty hard. Will say that this one is more based on that sinister atmosphere though.
