Good politics doesn't mean the music is good, but good politics also doesn't mean the music is overrated
Don't overthink yourself into missing out on some honest art

Business as usual for GY!BE means both good music and good politics, I call that good business. I want to see them live for the first time now just to see them perform Babys in a Thundercloud because I can only imagine how much more incredible that song is when it's blasting my eardrums live.

Also bad politics doesn't mean that the music is either good or bad...

People should review the music instead of giving us their own dumb interpretations of the Israel/Palestine conflict because phrases like "the Second Intifada began, where thousands of Palestinians rose up against their oppressors" are really stupid.

The Fantano interview of this album was perfect, makes you wish more people with a platform like him, GY!BE, and the like were bold enough to take a stand against the blatant genocide in Gaza and the slaughtering of more in Syria, Yemen, and Lebanon.
