Spun this 3 full times and change now and I can't get enough. Once the songs start separating from the onslaught and you can anticipate the changes and the moods this thing really opens up into something special. Where is the best place to go with Nile after this? As stated before I am not a huge fan of their early stuff (listened to Ithyphallic)

As I also mentioned, I’m just now giving Nile the proper attention as well. So far, this is easily my favorite. Annihilation is dope too. But I’ll be working in reverse chronological order.

Nile is like B+/A- tier at best. Great band fs but ain't no way in hell they're on the highest tier of dm. Just my opinion of course but damn idk how ya'll love this band so much lmao. They have several albums that are really good. That's the best thing I can say about them.



S-tier is reserved for guts, immolation, defeated sanity and death

Cannibal Corpse is my favorite death metal band, therefore, they are S-tier for me.



I love just about every record they have, every musician they ever had, the artwork, the mini-horror story themed songs, the videos, the aura, and the brand.



They're a complete package in my opinion.
