I've been a pretty dedicated fan of black metal for a very long time, and my god do the 'black metal is my entire personality' people piss me off. This shit absolutely rips, but because the band is kinda goofy and doesn't take themselves *too* seriously they get absolutely shit on by said people. Like if the band isn't comprised solely of European racists then it's bad or something.

unfortunately there are no good European racist bands :-(

that being said, this record is soooo good! I had listened to their previous ones but this one is theri best IMO. I think it's the fact that's just straight up melodic and the heavy metal hints here and there give it that spice they were missing.
