Bummer, I thought the split with Gasp was rad. The first track on that is one of my favorite recent FoH tracks, wish they’d do more stuff like that on their main albums

And the Gasp songs I can see people thinking they’re underwhelming but I’ve dug all the stuff they’ve put out since they came back

ironically, the one split that seemed like it should’ve been an absolute heater (primitive man/foh) ended up being their weakest one.



Especially if you take all these splits/collabs into account I don’t think it’s hyperbolic to say that Full of Hell is one of the best metal of the last 15 years. Crazy amount of output and most of it is fucking mint

Y’all are weak the split with Gasp rules and A Ladder Made of Warped Light is one of their best recent songs

Split with Gasp I get people not loving cause it’s not really a ripper and plays into their more experimental side but I’ve been kinda craving for that stuff to be implemented more into their main albums

That’s a damn good run over the course of 13 years imo, and I’m glad to see how much love the Merzbow record gets, it’s been my favorite behind Weeping Choir for a while

i have not liked their work as much since they decided to go for a more deathgrind sound. Rudiments is absolutely a top tier album from them imo.

I also consider the body collabs top tier
