It's quite good. If you dig their other stuff then this should be to your liking as well. Still crazy to think this album exists at all considering what happened with Matsubara. You would think he didn't have his injury at all.

Matsubara's left hand suffered a paralyzing nerve injury due to a brain infection shortly after the release of Longhena. Originally he was told he would never be able to play again and was essentially initially forced into retirement, but he was able to make a miraculous recovery. So yeah, it's a miracle this album even happened at all considering the circumstances.

Yeah, Jon Chang mentioned on the Gridlink Facebook page years back that after the Saint Vitus Bar show, the band split and that he himself is basically done with music to do other stuff. You can read the post he made in my comment on the previous page.
