i think this could have done with a bit more detail and definition to the sound. it kind of feels like one sound blasting out of the speakers rather than a layered piece of music. that said, i do think this is a really lovely listen. they're definitely capable of more detailed and ambitious pieces but i still really like this.

This album is fucking brilliant. A natural progression from Valtari. I'd say it's one song too long, especially considering how similar the vibe of each song is but still. Every time I listen to it, it fucking floors me.
