God damn that new song is now an easy contender for track of the year in my books, cannot wait for this

Yeah new song absolutely rules. Sad I missed out on the autographed CD from newbury comics

its sick that she just dropped a single and was like “new album in less than 2 months btw”.

the newest single, Nomad, sounds like the perfect iteration of what I wished this album was

new one is kinda zzzzzzzzzzz. instrumentally it's well arranged (piano goes insane) but i feel like claire is adding nothing vocally here. idk if these jazzy change choices are the play either
sucks, sexy to someone was great

feels very much like "lets take the rich instrument arrangements of sling and churn them into simple bedroom pop songs like immunity" which could be a cool idea but it just falls pretty flat in a lot of places. I'm willing to stick it out though cause I thought Sling was kind of boring at first too and it ended up growing on me a lot.

i'll try again tomorrow
Juna is def impressive. Add Up My Love was good but it's basically the same song as Sexy To Someone.
nothing bad, but this lacks...charm

not feeling much better about Charm.
If Juna reintroduced the hook it probs would've been top 10 worthy and still loving Sexy to Someone. rest is fine but nothing special. middle is pr good but it's all of her just doing the chamber jazz lite so it kinda blends. after Add Up My Love, each of the last ones is at least more distinct but they're all just...okay.
it's better background music than as something id actively listen to.
