For me But Not Forgotten is the worst song by a mile, it's just so poppy-ish ugh

guess I'm not in the hype like everyone is, such a bummer

"I'm struggling to draw who it reminds me of but totally takes me back to all the post-hardcore coming out around 2005."

I know nasal whiny vox were all the rage then, and I'd be lying if I said I didn't still listen to bands with similar tones, but this tone just really irritates me in a way that others don't

happy for everyone that's more hype than me, though

I’ve been caught ***trying*** to sing along to this in my alpha male Subaru Outback.

I think “Acrimony” is a sleeper hit on this one. Just a nice moody, compact jam that’s quickly becoming one of my favorites. The harmonies on that one in particular are lovely.

First run through this and it's pretty fun. There's definitely a lot to like here. So which singer is which? Who has the really high voice that sings the "maybe I" part in the first song?

Ed has the really high voice that's turning half the thread off.

Agreed that Acrimony is a good one, kinda slipped under the radar on my first few listens but it grew on me with each pass.

Hahah got it. Thanks Durrzo. His voice isn't bad, but it definitely takes a little getting used to.

There's a lot to digest here so I'll probably have to give it a couple more spins before I rate it. But after one listen I like this quite a bit. I'm getting Hopesfall vibes for some reason, which is strange because I don't think they even sound alike. Probably just the long atmospheric type post-hardcore that's connecting the dots in my brain haha.

“Tateishi” is such a special song. The last two minutes are simply magical. I just feel grateful to hear a song as relatable and powerful.

Just started listening to this for the first time, giving me some Lantlos vibes on the first song, which wasn't what I expected.

Thank you, Ecnalzen. Certainly didn’t expect that. I’m just glad this album is getting the attention it deserves. If it leads to someone else connecting to the music what more could you ask for, you know?
