"If we use "jaw" as a verb it works. From Webster: "to talk to in a scolding or boring manner".

so the tigers talk in a scolding or boring manner"

My boy's wicked smart over here

My verdict is in after about 15ish listens: this album is very safe and almost boring, even for Tiger's Jaw.

Cept I found alot more hooks on the other albums...the formula just falls flat this time around. Lacks the fun of Spin and the maturity of Charmer.

Hmmmm so what you're saying is because this is the first one I've checked out, I might be enjoying this more because I don't know how redundant it is?

^ this is the best redundant album yet though! I found Spin really lame and Charmer forgettable.

Za album forever.

This also happened to me with Tiny Moving Parts haha. I discovered Swell and still love that album, but according to a lot of people it felt like a rehash.

Celebrate my fav TMP album

Personally think the amalgamation of their sound / direction of the last few years is perfectly portrayed here but yeah it's not pizza album

@Con thank you for agreeing that Spin sucked. Even the album cover sucked. Boring release.

This is basically a better version of Spin :-)

@Walrus it looks like everyone agrees that this isnt their worst!

this is a really good record and way more lively than spin, but it doesn't have the memorable songs like pizza album and Charmer, and not as consistent in quality as especially Charmer and to a lesser extent Two Worlds, so idk hal's ranking is pretty close to what i'd say. if i had to switch things up it'd be Charmer >>>> Pizza >> Two Worlds > this >> spin
