And coming from someone who HATES bro-down hardcore, I dont hate this. I immediately recognized something was 'off' with this, but its kind of a guilty pleasure. Has some cheap thrills riffs you can't hate. It just is not genuine at all. Feels plastic.
I do agree though, Emptiness is just cringe throughout. Total cornball, that song. The other songs though are worth listening to, at least just to headbang to while drunk

Lol I think pallbearer is really good, but I get the vibes too.
This is also not plastic at all. It just have more than 2 genres going on. To say its plastic because they don t commit to one is absurd and castrating artistically.
Anyway, noone here is like 5ing and 4.5ing these guys. Its a death metal metal band, from this new school old school and they are extremely satisfactory. This is also an EP where they tried different things. They happened to excell at it too. The band is what it is. A cool band, either you lift or not...like it or not. Emptiness is an awesome deathdoom track and boy I love deathdoom...
