...what the fuck. why did sputnik do that to my comment
|
| |
...anyway:
"Nothing to 'get', teamster. Some people like big mish-mashes of genres and extreme-to-be-extreme kind of stuff, even if it's done poorly."
i hate those kinda comments because they're so subjective, like
what's the point of genres at all? why does anyone play the way they play? why even play music?
this is an album, not a scientific paper -- it doesn't have to have a purpose other than the making of it itself

Fun album... Sad Laure Le Prunenec left the band, her performance was stunning, especially live. Powerful voice.

Worst drum sound I heard in a long time. Imagine a good band deliberately sounding like Rammstein or Combichrist, lol, morons!
Quite interesting apart from that...

Lots of this made me miss Unexpect more than I realised but this is certainly a worthy successor

Just announced a U.S. tour. Tampa, let’s go!

Really interested to see how this will translate live... Gonna see him with Amenra, Der Weg Einer Freiheit (great bands) and Hangman's Chair (don't know them). Seems like a great line-up

So, I don't care that much about the studio albums, but holy fuck his live show is insane. He brought the/an opera singer, screamer, guitarist and drummer, and they were all fucking insane. Didn't think his music would do so good in a live setting. Of course the great vocalists and instrumentalists helped out a ton
