Giving this the bump it deserves, one of the best album experiences of the year. Thanks for the review Potsy... giving it the extra attention it deserves. It was loosely on my radar, but don't think I'd have gotten around to checking it this so quickly otherwise.

I'll have to go through his discog properly.

yeah I'm not well-versed enough in IDM or whatever this is to really compare the structure to other artists, but it has the mixture of warmth and texture and dynamics that drew me to Immunity, which is pretty much my point of reference for all electronic albums

basically idk what I'm talking about but I can't stop listening to this

I be enjoying this, been listening to some more electronic idm/ambient whatever and it's hitting the spot. Love the artwork too, that really drew me in

@nightbringer for sure but part of what makes those moments so special is the way he builds up to them

He builds up to them but a lot of them are also completely unexpected. That climax of the title track surprises me every time

Pots, I hear you. I liked it enough to immediately start a second listen and I can see myself really sinking into the atmosphere of this.

yeah agreed, i touched on that briefly in the review, sometimes the tension just dissipates or implodes, or sometimes it changes directions entirely just when you think it can't possibly do anything other than erupt, it makes the album uniquely unpredictable and all the anti/reverse climaxing and false starts keep you on the edge of your seat enough to make the true payoffs just that much more remarkable and satisfying. album really pushes the limits of delayed gratification in the best way possible

I've got to jam this more, dude. I was impressed, but you're taking it to another level. I gotta see.
