I'm just saying, for someone who has liked their past material, it's ironic to call daughters atonal when that's part of their appeal as a noise rock band. and for me I usually give an album at least a few chances if I don't like it right away if it's for an artist whose past work I enjoyed, so that's why I asked.

After the first couple of tracks I thought this was going to suck really bad, like Swans-level bad where it's just droning noise & repetitive rhythmic percussion for 10 minutes at a time. Fortunately it got a little more interesting later on as they mixed it up.
