Tyrant it is. In fact, I'll make it the test case for my incoming studio headphones.

Nice. Listen to all of it if you want but the original cut is just the first 5 tracks and I think that makes it perfect. The other two songs are good though.

Unfortunate Times and Restless River are already up there with favorite Thou tracks. Fucking solid.

Rhea Sylvia’s awesome. The Only Law and Deepest Sun were originally recorded and demoed as stripped down acoustic numbers a la Inconsolable. Definitely worth checking out IMO. Should be on Bandcamp under Rhea Sylvia as the artist name.

Took a few listens as Id set the bar so incredibly high but im all in now. No need for 'Its as good/not as good' as Heathen just yet. I think 'Sovereign self' is my main jam off this but man it all rules. Incredible namd

That’s awesome. You’re gonna enjoy them live, definitely. Just saw them play the Magus album release w/Uniform (who also had their album release at the show) and Sunrot and honestly, it was the most fun I had at a show ever in recent years.

Um, yeah, finished a first spin. This is a lot to take in at once for a Thou neophyte like myself. I thoroughly enjoyed Rhea Sylvia cause it has that nice grunge feel to it. This on the other hand is a sludge suckerpunch of massive proportions. Gonna take my time with it before rating.

considering bumping this...The whole thing is massive in cohesiveness but it always keeps a slight variety enough to keep you fully engaged. The more a listen to this...the more into Thou I get m/ Its being hard for me to pick a fave track, kinda divided between Challenging Prince, Sovereign self and Supremacy. What would you guys say?

I think this is a little bloated overall but I enjoy most of it.

DDD - I would say Supremacy The Kingdom of Meaning and Changeling Prince

Magus is actually longer than Heathen by a minute so my original thoughts on the latter being bloated are thrown out the window, hahah. I went back and listened to Heathen and it’s aged well with me. Almost equal to Magus IMO. As far as my favorite track, probably a toss up between The Changeling Prince and Supremacy.
