I still prefer his rapping compared to some of the cleans here or Bastards.

True, his cleans are also terrible. Bastards is just all around cringe, though.

It's intense lol - studying to get my MBA with a focus in Healthcare Management, still working in Quality Control for a real estate company so it's a fucking ton of nonstop coffee. How have you been dude?

@Sir - eh, I dunno maybe my rating will go up with another listen but I found myself cringing through all of it, even if there was like an occasional riff that wasn't terrible. The writing is just so ugh.

And I fucking love their first two albums and The Blackening. And The Locust wasn't too bad either.

While this album sucks, Supercharger is still the worst MH record for me. I mean if I don't focus on the lyrics some of the songs like Razorblade Smile or Screaming At The Sun has some nice riffing.

@Lucca

Exactly. Bloodstone was not shabby either. The super moody atmosphere of Sail into the Black still gets me to this day. And they went from epics like that to this in a span of one album. Ugh.

I'll also be taking summer classes because I want my degree as soon as possible so that I can afford adult things like a home lol

And yeah, hopefully this is just Rob getting his poison out of his system. Like getting drunk and banging a fat chick just to get it out of your system.

Rob seemed like a cool down to earth guy years ago.

The Phil Anselmo thing destroyed him lol.

Yeah, it doesn't even feel genuine. It just feels like he's desperate to tell the world what a good guy he is while also being a teenage 50 year old who wants to be a rebel and say "fuck you" to his parents.
