thats what I thought but they fucked it up and only had time for like 10 songs, idiots. it was still a fantastic show but it was definitely disappointing.

well they are closing the festival so they don't have to stop. Plus they have said they are playing a couple other songs afterwards (which just means they get to play Do you Realize?? with 80 000 stoners). So hopefully they will finish it.

damn see thats what they promised us too but they werent the last band on their day. they only had 90 minutes to work with and they were 20 minutes late. why they put The Flaming Lips and Modest Mouse on the same day is beyond me. I really really really wanted to see the encore of The Soft Bulletin set which would have been a few hits, including Do You Realize.

People that are into the 80's punk/rock (Husker Du, Wipers, etc.) usually like early 90s guitar-oriented Lips albums I've noticed. Personally I think The Soft Bulletin is miles ahead of everything before it and slightly better than Yoshimi.
