Agreed, and I usually can't stand this sort of stuff.

Finally the drummer is back to his style of On Letting Go. Since Blue Sky Noise he really lost his special style and went from these intricate and complicated parts to a more meat and potato kind of drumming. This is so much better because of him.

Not ready to rate it yet, but it was very easy to listen to first couple of listens and very enjoyable. So it will get a good rating, just not sure how good yet.

Big fan of this band. BSN is still their masterpiece for me however.

I think this is a bit better than BSN. Less experimental, but way more consistent.

I don't think they'll ever quite top BSN to me. It's just so full and lush sounding. This album is still one of their best though.

something about the vocalist i just can't get into. sounds like if you got some drunk guy who isn't good at singing to try singing for the first time ever in a band

Yeah, and then it turned out he was an incredible singer and everyone was really, really wrong about him being a bad singer because they were actually the ones that were drunk.

BSN just has so many big highlights imo. This definitely seems like my 2nd favorite though.

Yeah, both albums could be my #1 and I would be perfectly fine with it; but this one edges BSN a little bit. There's something about it that keeps pulling me in.

You should really train your gag reflex before trying to blow him then. And seriously... you gotta let him buy you a drink first next time.
