Wtf Daniel
What exactly am I doing different than Ars or Lucid?

You just come off as super passive-aggressive with your retorts most of the time.

That's fair, but I only do that so I don't keep feeding trolls by trying to explain something
As I've learned with people like Potsy, if I actually try having a music discussion they just gain more materials to piss on me with

"honestly these comments are like... inspiring because they just go to show you can create something incredible and brilliant and even if 99% of people on the planet value and cherish it, there is still gonna be that one forum somewhere on the internet that just doesn't get it and tries to shit all over it.
...essentially, there will always be haters. keep doing your thing."

I mean he's not really wrong?

essentially anyone who doesn't like a critically-acclaimed album doesn't understand it and their criticism is worthless
|

^well, to an extent, yeah in some cases. I mean if you say for example, "I love Sci-fi and Fantasy but Metropolis was so-so, Empire Strikes back is overrated and Lord of the Rings is Garbage" then your pretty much a try hard Hipster.... which I can see why some people on here would hate LCD in that aspect. James literally hates and rips on that part of music culture even tho its where he came from. And after observing here for many years, this place has a large population of those people.

99% of the planet is more likely to dislike lcd soundsystem than dig their patience-testing tracks
|
| |
Well, 99% of the planet has shitty music taste so that's kind of a moot point.

Ok I was wrong Ars, Tonite rules. Idk what would be the weakest for me. The last track I guess.

this is a wardrobe full of stuff with a great album hidden at the back

at least this doesn't have anything as bad as "you wanted a hit" ("how do you sleep" comes very close though)

idk it's another overly long lcd tune that would've been fine if it was 5 minutes instead of 9

I fee like James makes lcd albums so dance producers can remix them. It makes me want to remix the songs just listening to them

I love that people like you still exist.
Also this album feels very superflous. Oh baby is a nice slow jam, but most of this is long and uninspired.

I don't know if I'd call it uninspired; "familiar" I'd say
