The new Yellow Eyes is looking in fine form to clean house based on that new single tbh

I totally get the emo tag ... it has some screamo-esque feeling to me in some parts

yeah but there's a lot of bm that sounds a bit screamo-ish, especially in this post-Deafheaven world

^yeah and how the hell does something like this get a 1. I'm guessing someone was mad it was high in ratings and wanted to steer it in the other direction. The same can be said for most 1s probably

you'd think the same logic would apply to stuff like Brand New and The National too, but they're both still 4+. i guess this just doesn't have enough evangelists to drown out the contrarians like those albums do.

Yeah man, the drums are really impressive on this. One of the more enjoyable metal albums I've heard this year for sure.

Skepsis, Pt. II is just insane. That riff at 1:39 is perfect.

Saw them live yesterday and when they played Aufbruch and they got to that middle part at 4:15 where he does all the fills before it breaks into that epic double bass thunderstorm with this amazing tremolo riff I witnessed what is commonly referred to as an eargasm.

"4:15 where he does all the fills before it breaks into that epic double bass thunderstorm with this amazing tremolo riff" that part is nuts.

I'd love to see these guys live. One of the better BM albums of 2017
