Stop the press: Linkin Park find the elixir of eternal youth.

They are still singing like 17 year olds here...'life ain't faiiiiiiiir' in the most weedy, babyish voice of all time.

Linkin park have crossed beyond the self parody event horizon. Congrats.

You can. Imagine Linkin Park trying to turn into a cross between Justin Bieber and Mumford & Sons. That's it.

Quite easy to picture as it was always within them to be this pop.

Boney anything decent out there I should listen to instead of trawling for 1/5 objectivity rating boosters?

Is the new Fleet Foxes being streamed anywhere?

Idk, haven't listened to virtually anything in the last week. Fleet Foxes leaked though I'm waiting for the release date. Not many exciting releases until mid June.

Agreed, there doesn't seem to be much coming out right now.

Is there an official War on Drugs release date?

I'm only really looking forward to the Anathema in June.

New Steve Earle has leaked.. Also, Boney and Doof, I don't know how either if you feel about the Hold Steady, but new Craig Finn is not bad..

Thanks Butch, I quite like some Hold Steady ('Boys and Girls' is a cult classic of sorts)

[I promise never to call you Butch again]

This has a 1.7 average so I curiously looked to see if ANYONE had given this more than a 2.5/3 & yes there's a few people who have. One of them likes Muse, as an old time fan that upset me a little... they do suck now though & guess that proves it.

One thing:

"Just a regular pop album strictly meant to make sells."

"sells" should be "sales"

Other than that fantastic review. Terrible album.

@pat. The Stones.

I've dug out my CDs from the garage and am playing them loud. Sticky Fingers, Beggars Banquet and Let it Bleed are absolute classics.
Still can't dig exile that much though.

Absolute class.
You seen cocksucker blues? Dirt and Debauched. How they're still knocking around is anyone's guess.

I need to check more Stones. Let is Bleed is the one I know best, class album.
