This type of music isn't my cup of tea but I heard how laughable their vocals were. Decided to check it out to confirm. Yup, I'd say those constant shrieks are ALMOST objectively terrible.
Instrumentally, they're meh. Nobody in the band really writes any memorable melodies. A lot of the music feels like they grabbed the low hanging fruit. Additionally, none of the music meshes together well. They're the sonic equivalent of forcing a mixture of water and oil. They just haven't discovered that the agents of their concoction has set at different levels.

I'm listening to the single "Thrones" and I actually quite like the guitar melodies but my god the wails are fucking atrocious. The normal BM shrieks aren't that bad but when he does those high pitched whines my ears die a bit. Instrumentally they seem solid though so maybe i'll listen.

This is like, way too long and not even close to interesting enough to justify it. Not offensively bad imo, about 3 quality at best.

only wails like this I actually like (to my knowledge) are the ones in Germ/Austere, but that's because his wails are like perf. Germ do goofy dancy bm-lite with wails, but the contrast there is actually engineered effectively.
