Regarding Death in general, i find it immensly riveting that Chuck has such a strong pengame. Release thought-provoking stuff, especially from Human onwards

You can pretty much understand the OSDM scene as following death’s career. I see it as really starting in 87 and officially ending in 95. So sbg to symbolic essentially.

@ocean: People (inc. me) often use the term OSDM to describe a sound, not just a timeframe or scene. I'm with park though, don't think you can cut if off at pre-90s as the style seemed to explode in the early 90s and you'd be missing out on a ton of very significant releases. It's crazy how much awesome DM came out in that period actually, I probably haven't even touched the surface.
but yeah, this is certainly one of the catchiest DM albums I've heard.
