Contrib or not you should never apologise for your opinions. I think Ed is a hack who is capable of much more but instead chooses to pander and phone it in (Castle On The Hill takes this to the Nth degree).

The statement "incorrect opinions" is in itself a contradiction but I'm assuming you were being facetious.
And Castle On The Hill is absolutely great. Probably the second best song he's written.

This is pretty much as average as the last Ed Sheeran album imo. I still consider + his best so far, honestly

I have to admit, for how overplayed "Sing" was, it's still one hell of a banger

One, Photograph, Tenerife Sea, Thinking Out Loud, Sing, and All of the Stars
Definitely his best album

Yeah, I may have to listen to it again. It's been a few years so it might be a good album to reevaluate... to me, the biggest problem with Sheeran is that he has such strong potential (great vocals, good guitar work) that he squanders way too often with derivative songwriting and not enough of a standalone identity. Very frustrating to say the least

Can't co-sign that one i'm afraid.

+ is his best because it's less pop and more singer-songwritery. even if the lyrics do suck
