I could add another 20 songs to that list that would all be better than most band's best material, and Rainbow Signs is definitely one of them, I just don't quite connect to it as much as others

I should listen to more of this band but I like “torches together” more than the other stuff I’ve heard. EVen tho it’s such a rudimentary chorus in some ways it slams so good

I heard an acoustic version of Birnam Wood on this last tour and it was transcendental

LOVING this on first listen. Props to Johnny and nightbringer for pointing me to this as a better entry point for this band for me than Untitled, which didn't do much for me.

I love this album too - this was the second thing I ever heard by the band following their breakthrough LP, Brother, Sister. For a long time this was my favorite release of theirs, until I came around to Weiss' vocal style of shouting/screaming/talking, lol. The lyrics here are also immense, as are Hayley Williams' backing vocals

I started with It's All Crazy! which led to years of not really understanding the genius of the band.

Yeah, the vocals on Untitled were a bit off-putting to me when I listened to it, I get along better with the vox here. Looking forward to really digging into this and then returning to Untitled (and probably checking out the rest of their discog) with a different perspective.
