I'm completely confounded on how to rate this
Album's fucking wild

Didn't realize this was already streaming
Just finished track 2 and this is very very impressive. It has such a schizophrenic and claustrophobic atmosphere. Not that I expected anything less from Deathspell.

Nice dude! I was gonna order it to the US, but then I saw it was like $16 shipping, which is kinda crazy, but total is like $31 with everything, which isn't terrible, but still a little on the more steep side. How's it look/sound?

16 shipping is fpretty normal for me, 50% of the price I pay is usually shipping. (I can never buy stuff from the US, because it's like 40-60€ shipping).
Feels sad man.

I remember buy Two Hunters once, had like €40 shipping, with an added €30 for custums. (€70 shipping total for a +- €30 record)
That was the last time I ever ordered something from the US. I'm not pay 3x as much anymore.

Evreaia how is the packaging on this one? Is it pretty basic? I'm in the same boat as DungeonBoy, amazon prime spoils me, 16 dollars for ground shipping is a hard pill to swallow.

It's basic, just the case with a lyrics sheet, nothing more.

this is a big step down from paracletus

"this is a big step down from paracletus" I'm curious why you think that? Paracletus is phenomenal, but I think this album is a great follow up. The two albums aren't entirely different imo, both contain haunting melodies, controlled chaos, and overall uncomfortable yet uncompromising atmosphere.

Paracletus did allow more time for all the idea to breathe.
Still, I wouldn't call this a step down at all.
