Salt? I thought it was okay but not his best. Or was there another?

That question looks weird without Steak's comment right above that.....

Salt + Charcoal was the last thing Plini released, yeah

I'm pretty hyped for the EP, though found the last couple of releases to be a bit weaker than the trilogy

I liked Salt + Charcoal a lot, I'm looking forward to more stuff because EPs tend to be his best work

I only listened to it like twice when it dropped so it may grow on me. Will it be on the EP?

Sunhead streaming. It says a lot that it's my fav EP of the year yet I view it as a slight disappointment only because it didn't blow my mind like the rest of his work. Still awesome

"yet I view it as a slight disappointment only because it didn't blow my mind like the rest of his work"

this is pretty much how I feel about the new EP, it's pleasant but makes me fear that he already peaked

I don't think he's peaked but hit a temporary plateau maybe. I have confidence he will find a way to shake things up again

New EP is Plini at 75%, this is the stuff he likes to play when he isn't all full on and trying to impress with every technical note, it's an enjoyable EP, and fun to chill out to, just a fun little addition to Plini's catalog, that being said, i'm hoping the next LP is more like Handmade Cities [please-god]

Singles (2012-2014) is my favorite Plini album.

I like Plini but I don't know why he's held up as the standard for this scene, doesn't have nearly the songwriting chops of a David Maxim Micic or Jakub Zytecki
