guitars have way more in common with the pumpkins/hum/nothing brand of "heavy" gaze (even tho that would come later) than anything off loveless

yeah i think it got a remaster recently. i think this sounds mostly like isn't anything.Most gaze bands were ripping off that record at the time.

go straight for the remaster, it's the best version imo. mainly because I absolutely love the added tracks

the quiet-loud-quiet dynamic is more Isn't Anything, maybe the vocals too, production feels more Loveless to me though. I think the point stands that this feels very MBV inspired
