It's very alive. It's just more chilled and subdued. I love it's moody and dreamy atmosphere.

Row 'Separator' is one of the 'five excellent songs' but you already know that :D

Still haven't heard this yet, Spotify getting axed with more and more releases is really starting to agitate me.

Last 4 songs are great.

yeah Potsy's main gripe with this album is that the last four songs work terribly bunched together but I quite like that mini-suite, grows on me every listen

Yeah Separator is awesome. It and Bloom are about the only thing really holding TKoL

Agreed KILL, Kid A is the best and OKC and IR aren't that far behind but this is brilliant.

i feel so indifferent towards this album, which sucks. the production is amazing and some of the songs are downright gorgeous, but i feel like they go in one ear and out the other. no real urgency to return to them.

I think this is my favorite besides the big 2 and IR.

My top 2 will always be Ok Computer followed by The Bends but this one is vying for third spot along with Kid A and In Rainbows

There's a significant drop off after those

This is better than Pablo, The Bends, HttT and TKoL, everything else is better. So yeah their 5th best

HttT is ropey. I won't hear a bad word said against TKoL

This might be 3rd best for me behind In Rainbows and okc. I dunno yet, it's going to take months if not years.

Agreed Doof. Enjoy Amnesiac quite a bit as well though.

I will say I don't have much familiarity with HTTT or Amnesiac, definitely need to revisit them but neither have had much staying power with me. I have it as Kid A, OKC and In Rainbows all on par with one another, then this, then The Bends and TKOL on par with one another, then HTTT and Amnesiac. I've never listened to Pablo Honey.
