@inveigh i think it's a lot more minimalistic and less of that overarching "tryhard grandiose" schtick that tpab dislikers didn't dig so you might wanna give a shot.

hmm well that is interesting. i'm sure i'll give it a listen soon. i love gkmc and was overall really disappointed in tpab so i have mixed emotions but i'd like to enjoy a kendrick release again

i'm 5 songs in and this for the most part sounds like tpab b-sides to me... it doesn't suck, and i wouldn't classify it as "average" but unless this thing finishes strong i can't see myself going above a 3
sucks because Kendrick from 2010-2012 was as promising of a rapper as i can remember
