Never heard of this band before, but this is really great. Great review as well.

this is basically an emo Koi No Yokan, totally underwhelming.

I didn't know his brother filled in on guitar duties live, I haven't seen them since the days of 'One Day Son...'

I saw them last night and Charlie played guitar on most of the set, but his brother came on and played guitar while Charlie just sang on Behind the Devil's Back, Sink With the Snakes, Deathcar and Animal. He also appeared for the end of Mono

'Dive' really is the worst blue balls of 2015. It could've been an incredible closer but kinda just fizzles out...

Album is quite good though.

My memory tells me this album sounded good but I literally can't remember a single part of it.

0:41 of The Blackest of Birds sounds eerily similar to the chorus of Passenger by Deftones.

If you can't hear Deftones influence all over this you need to have your ears checked. It's so obvious I don't even know why it's being debated.

I like Fightstar I really do and I admire Charlie for striking out and doing his own thing but this hasn't grabbed me at all.
