I liked it! That extended outro was cool.
I am kinda interested in him maybe playing around more with some longer songs, like with that and Woman.

Yeah definitely sounds like a natural progression from this album.

I was curious what he was going to try next. I kind of liked how he made you wait that first minute or so before he everything kicks in.

Can't believe it's almost 10 years since this one came out. Time flies.
Probably my second favorite C&C record after Little Hell.

no idea what my favorite is honestly, he generally chills around the 3.5-4 zone on every lp with a handful of standout 5/5 tunes, but this is def has one of his highest ceilings

Bring Me Your Love is just the most nostalgic for me cause I used to listen to it when I stayed up all night playing Minecraft when I was like 15 lmao
I also love his last one although it’s not as consistent. I might try to give it a review soon cuz it deserves a page.

debut and this are my favourites, but yeah absolutely true that he's usually loading albums up with 2-3 god-tier tunes and the rest is mostly just good

Would probably rank: Little Hell > If I Should... > Bring Me Your Love > Debut > Hurry and The Harm > Love Still Had... > A Pill
But yeah, he's pretty consistent; and the god-tier songs are even better live. Just love watching whichever concert I can find on YouTube.

i really like a pill for loneliness, some gorgeous psychy textures all over that which give it more of an identity in his discog than some of his other stuff like hurry and the new record which are prob my bottom 2
