I can't even describe how much I used to worship Metallica. So much so, that when Load came out I thought it completely ruled. It wore off on me, and then ReLoad really tested my allegiance. However, when I saw "Some Kind of Monster" I was tempted to throw my albums away and really wanted to punch James in the face. They redeemed themselves on Death Magnetic, to a certain extent. No one will ever top the quartert of Lightning, Puppets, Justice, and Black however, nobody.
