^^^Can't disagree with that. The rather uplifting climax is almost too short. Still works but they could have expanded on it.
Maybe they thought the same thing I thought when I wanted to go back and add stuff to this review, thing is long enough already lol

Purple Buffalo is mediocre at best imo, I do hope this is a better album

I'm honestly pretty surprised that this is holding the average that it is. I figure it'll probably end up right around a 4 after a few months or so.
What doesn't surprise me is that people who have a lot of metal in their pie chart are responsible for most of the higher ratings, and people with very little or no metal in their pie chart are responsible for most of the lower ratings.

I'm surprised that this doesn't have more ratings. You'd think it holding the number 2 spot on the chart would draw more people to listen to it and give a rating.

So this is well done and there are parts of it that I really love, but there bloated lengths of the songs are overwhelmingly unwarranted. That said, a lot of Dave Shaw and and the build up in the middle of Challenger Part 1 was sweet. Part 2 was definitely the best overall song I loved it, but many sections on here, the first song in particular were in one ear and out the other.
