it's pretty accessible yeah so I can see it not being gritty enough for you maybe, but idk I liked all the elements and found it pretty varied from front to back with some solid undertones. I'm a fan of ambient tho so I liked that element here especially

@jac - it def inhibits it a bit but I don't think that's negative necessarily. I found myself pulling bits and pieces here and there each listen and I found more replay value in that sense.
@oltna - yea that's gonna be a divisive thing here. prurient has always kinda had the goal of straying from noise. every release he puts out seems to polarize noise fans

it took me a long time to enjoy prurient so I see this album as the album I always kinda wanted from him. a lot of elements I found myself latching onto previously are at play here so idk I'm prolly super biased
