Well obviously is IMO, with the exception of 4 or 5 songs these guys bores me to the death and I can't stand Levine's voice

Admittedly might bump this up higher, forgot how much I liked this record. And how much better it is than the rest of the shit they've put up.

You know? As much hate Maroon 5 gets for being too mainstream and having too much street cred, the band's first album was fantastic. This Love, Harder To Breathe, She Will Be Loved, Shiver and Not Coming Home are great. Would give it a 5 if it wasn't for the fact that Sunday Morning is a dud and boring as hell to listen to.

yeah, they were okay way back way way back

Yup, agreed. This is some really tightly written, perfectly arranged stuff. And what's best is that it still manages to keep its authenticity, which hasn't been the case in their later albums. Shiver and Harder To Breathe rock my socks off.

Kinda underrated, gets a bit lost in their more well-known, generally disliked latter discography.

really? back in the day almost every song on this album was non-stop dropped on the radio. its quite the timeless radio rock record imo.
