Na that was just hitting a drum and the snare together quite fast.

It's a variation of blast beat. Not a 'split' one yes, more like a 'hammer'.

Ah, just wondering so you play drums?

Both Days of The Inferno rips so much face but Kyo on the 2nd day is especially going for it.

Yup, I think I mentioned it on prev page.

Yeah, I was surprised by some of the 2nd day performances. Which reminds me of day 2 Kukoku. It's even more spot on than day 1 already was, in particular as far as Kyo's mesmerizing and emotional vocal lines go.

Oh I didn't read the edit you put in of you being a drummer sorry. Both Kukoku's were my highlight of the entire show for me along with Day 1 Magayasou.

Really dug [KR]cube and also Kaishun. Could've been a great opportunity to play Yurameki with their sound nowadays. Would have loved that. I think it could've fit very well in the setlist.

They hate Gauze so they just out right refuse to play it minus Zan, Tsumi or mazohyst minus Tour 14 Gauze where they played all.

That is one of their best live shows. They may not like it much, but they can still play the album well.

Their disillusionment of the Visual Kei scene is well noted, for its practices and Gauze is their most VK effort so it's probably a mix between that and a disliking of their more pop like tracks. Tour 14's growls are absolutely disgusting and it's a joy to see them bring back an old favorite in full.

Ah regarding the disgusting part, make sure to watch the Arche Bonus Blu-Ray. It has a few tracks removed from the Tour14 Blu-Ray that were part of the show, namely "Kasumi", "Tsumi to Kisei" (best version of it out there) and "Hageshisa To..."

Kasumi (remake) is in my top 3 diru, so that's even better. Sounds like that '14 tour/show/blu-ray is one massive undertaking though.

Tour 14 is only 85 minutes and the Arche Bonus only has those 3 songs from Tour 14 (recorded from the same show) so it isn't that big. DSS Budokan is the biggest one, clocking at a massive 4 hours and 15 minutes.

mazohyst for me, which is my fav Dir track in general but any track minus MASK is a good answer.

Love the rawness here, crazy how good Kyo sounds on this considering it's their first LP.

Not hard to see how he messed up his voice multiple times though, must be so taxing for him to maintain on tour.

Mazohyst was my 1 until Cage juuuust edged it out; raison d’être would have to be #3 after Mazohyst...

Yurameki’s bassline big yum [2]

Also, that DSS Budokan sounds like 4 hrs. well spent.
