The Refused were actually so right, in the title of the album...
Punk, as a genre, is becoming quite progressive, and bands are actually starting to bring a "new noise" to the music scene. I think that to say that this isn't a good album, is to say that you don't appreciate bands developing and pioneering new sounds for our ear holes. It is also to say that you stick to your little box of sound, where you like what you hear, if you don't hear a difference.
