This band is terrible sounding. Sorry. Prawn is where it's at right now.

I haven't heard the new Prawn but I preferred their cat EP to what they came out with more recently

@sea New album is extremely good. Very similar to the early stuff, and quite different from their split with Joie de vivre recently. Think you'd dig it.

It's pretty epic. Might not be right up your alley, knowing you Sea, but it'll be worth a listen for you, at least.

I can't figure out which tracks I love the most. They all sound the same to me.

hahaha YES

lyrics are very good though overall on this album and the Ribbon lyrics > Cold Dark Lonely lyrics because that wedding thing is seriously a great story

track 2 is pretty much pointless as its just the same as track 1 but without the wedding part. and given lyrics are pretty much what this album is all about (the music is really just background rhythm for the lyrics) i dont know why it exists.

- they're two different stories about two different car crashes. Keith's sentiments about the two incidents are very different and hence they both warrant being written about
- the lyrics are NOT what this album is all about. the music is NOT just background music. if anything, it's the other way 'round.

theyre still two songs literally describing the process of a car crashing. there may be subtle differences to their meaning but as far as all the possible topics of lyrical content... they're pretty god damn similar. i'd have only kept one of them in. and there are no hooks or anything on this album. the music is excellent of course but it's really the lyrics that dictate the album's progression to me.
