The racist stuff is such horseshit though. I've never heard anyone make a good argument for racism, and I doubt that I ever will.

Disagreed hard. Granted, "Hail Odinn" does kind of suck, but it's a short song and his terrible chanting vox don't appear very often so I didn't find them enough to ruin the album. Especially longer songs, which is where the album really shines.

I guess I disagree with everyone on this record since he's done all this before and much better at that.

This caught my eye, I was just thinking about this guy and them BAM! I see this under new releases.

Great review, by the way.

This is really boring. Agreed with Wizard: "he's done all this before and much better at that."

Has anyone noticed that "Emptiness" is simply Tomhet redone?

Well yeah that's pretty hard not to notice. To be honest I really like the re-recording of "Tomhet,"

even though it's kind of pointless I never get sick of that song and I like the differences this

version of the song has to offer. Also "To Hel and Back" is actually a re-recording of "Til Hel og

tilbake igjen" from Fallen.

Been listening to this solid the last week or so, and while some of the vocals can be a little goofy, the atmosphere and tone on this is amazing.

A little amazing? haha

Really think his next album will be exactly what he's been aiming for, judging from the sound progression.

haha surpose it's just individual taste, I'm not so much a fan of his black metal stuff, but really dig his more ambient efforts.

I like his ambient stuff when it doesn't suck : p. To each their own, I just hate how he had to go ahead and gloss over an already perfect song ('Tomhet').
