neneh is another one where some tracks were really great for me and others i didnt like, like i said you seem to review lots of stuff that does that to me recently, better than listening to a bland ok 2.5-3 where everything is mildly memorable though

i might 5 this just for containing 2 of the most annoying songs ive ever heard (Water Fountain, Rocking Chair) but still managing to be really entertaining elsewhere against all odds

greg: agreed. blank project, this, and st. vincent are the best female singer-songwriter albums of the year imo (and three of the best albums i've heard in recent memory)
