Danny, you should try some of their other albums, this one is their best imo (and probably the less folky one) But there are some great albums that are at least 4.0 worthy

@MrSirLordGentleman Which one would you recommend? Or basically which is proggiest after Alturas?

Mmm, well, La Ventana has "Mira Niñita" and "Todos Juntos" (greatest peace song ever!) that are their two most recognized songs, but it also has "Los Caminos que se Abren" that at least for me, sounds almost like a cacophony (some people love it tho), that's a pretty interesting album

Their homonym and Cancion del Sur are a little bit more folky than this one, and, specially Cancion is more synth oriented than guitar oriented, those two are good to listen if you want to know how the band's sound evolved to Alturas

Aconcagua is their worst for some, and their best for others, can't really have an opinion on that one

And Obras de Violeta Parra is, at least for me, their second best, It's way more folky but at the same time way more proggy, it has some epic moments

It's a double album with a way more diverse sound, so maybe it will take a time to click

It deserved it hard, Danny you should check La Ventana only because of Todos Juntos since you said you liked the guitar work
