Also Rowan I'd say Dylan's vocals are no worse than Waters' so if you can get past his vocals you should have no trouble getting into Dylan.

You haven't even heard Dylan bro.
For me Dylan, Cohen and Anderson are in a different league to everyone else when it comes to lyrics.

Bringing It All Back Home, Blonde On Blonde and Blood on the Tracks are all great starting points. Pick your poison when you're ready ;)

Thanks Atari, glad you liked it.
@manosg: I'd definitely recommend Blood on the Tracks as the best starting point for Atari as I know
he loves folk music and that is definitely the most folk-based out of those 3 albums. But yes all of
those 3 would make great starting points, they're definitely my top 3 Dylan albums.

Nice, I'm almost certain you'll love it. The only reason I can think of why you might not love it is the vocals but honestly I don't think they'll be a problem for you. I happen to think that album has one of his better vocal performances anyway.
