@Shadow understandable. It really isn't JP despite Rob singing on it.

I don't it's that recognizable without Halford tbh but you can hear a hint of it in the guitar tones I guess.
|
| |
Hmmm one for the road, cheater, never satisfied, run of the mill and dying to meet you are all pretty sweet if you ask me

Speaking of run of the mill....haha
Yeah the album is good. Not a fully developed JP but still good.
|
| |
And even if doesn'r have that "Judas Priest" sound it'a still a tasty album, really

Sad Wings was the first true JP album, this is really just a bit of history for the diehardest of diehards imo

Decided to start rating Priest. Album rules, way overlooked

Hell yes Sab

Well it's a great album from beginning to end, can't see how someone who digs 70s Priest could dislike this one honestly. My faves are Run of the Mill, One for the Road (sounds like Wishbone Ash!) and the title track which I find to be just irresistible
|
| |
Hahaha it's a super catchy tune. Run of the Mill is essentially my favourite Priest track. I always liked Never Satisfied too, that one would fit right in on Sad Wings or Stained Class

It's consistently great, really. Love the many chilled out passages. Also if there's something this album does not lack, it's riffing. Impossible to stand still around the 1 minute mark into Winter
|
| |
Just wished it progressed into something a little better than Winter Retreat... Really the only thing I truly dislike about this album.
