Only a couple songs really grabbed my interest, and stuff like how "Zealots of Stockholm (Free Information)" felt like it changed songs constantly despite being just one annoyed me a bit.

True, I can see where your coming from. Even though it might be hypocritical since I loved the album immediately, I think after a few more listens you'll start to appreciate understated tracks like no exit, shadows, even more. And grow used to the odd structure for tracks like free information. There are a lot of really layered bits scattered throughout this soundscape that's making having it on repeat really rewarding

He doesn't over use any of the soul/jazz samples. and the atmosphere is also interesting for a lot of other reasons, like the outro to shadows for example or the structure of zealots of Stockholm (free information)

Narshh, what did you like so much about 'No Exit'? I don't know if I was just missing something, but I couldn't get with that track at all.

I like that it follows "the party's" dramatic "get the fuck outtta my house!". A lot of this darker content hinges on him being a recluse so thats showcased when he kicks people out but I love thats followed by the echoing "don't go" and "I'm murder".

Its about him killing the recluse side of him (the brown spider) and i love how the verse are kind of more disjointed poetry. Love the cornucopia rhyme a lot as well

Its kinda murky and hard to vibe to at first but the hallow feeling the hook gives off is pretty addicting and the grimy drop before each verse is awesome. and the laughs in the background are also just the right amount of creepy lol

@Narshh

I guess I can understand that. Maybe it will grow on me.

And yeah, I don't understand why someone would dislike this review. I didn't necessarily agree with every point, but it was well written (I'm the dude who wrote the other review, BTW), and I quite envy your style.
