"Honestly, it's the band's best album since Hatebreeder."
I can sorta get that but then I remember that Follow the Reaper comes right after.
Very ambitious review! Great work, pos'd. Good rating choice.

Since we were talking about games on the last page:
Wanna know what series is fucking awesome? Metal Slug. Say what you will about it unless it's negative and directed at anything but Trevor and Nadia. Games are the fucking bomb.

I have never played Metal Slug myself but I saw Game Grumps playing it and it looked dope as hell. The animations are sick.

Metal Slug 3 and XX are on XBOX Live. I've also played through Metal Slug 6 in arcade. I love the series. It's funny how, given the backstories, it would have been so easy to make it a grimdark series. But they went in a light-hearted direction, and it's awesome.
My avatar is too small to tell, but it's Fio from the games. I couldn't find a picture that was big enough to be clear, but small enough to fit, so I couldn't get the whole cast.

I was playing Crash Team Racing last night. Gonna go play it again. Fun game. N. Gin/Coco is/are overpowered.

I know. Honestly, I think CTR is probably the best Kart racing game of all time. Definitely the best one I've played, but I've only played a handful of other ones (DKR, Lego Racers, Mario Kart DS, Mario Kart 64 way back when). Everything about it is just right: the controls are perfect, tracks are laid out with plenty of thought, the AI is actually quite realistic, and really difficult on higher difficulties, but without that MK64 teleporting nonsense. Though as I mentioned, N. Gin and Coco's stats are way better than the others. That's okay, I've always used N. Gin anyways. Best character.

Another PS1 game I really liked, for some odd reason, was the first Digimon World game. It was really friggin' difficult, but I played through it a few times. At the very least, it probably had my favorite soundtrack of any game in history:

The first one was truly unique. It was impossible to say that that was just another 'x' game. It was such a strange design, but it worked so well. Sure it was buggy, but it was still fun.
Also, I tried using Dingodile last night, but his turning was too slow. I remember using him when I was younger.
I just played 7-lap Oxide Station in about 7 minutes. There's a shortcut there that isn't supposed to be, I did a lap of the full thing in under a minute. It was awesome. I double-lapped the Hard NPCs.

I still think Naughty Dog should regain the rights to the Crash Bandicoot series. Revive it, I know that they could do it, but all of the recent games were made by third-rate companies.
Also, Metal Slug 8. Make it happen, SNK.

Which one are you talking about...? I'm pretty sure you're referring to Crash Bandicoot, since I think there might be a Metal Slug character in KOF. I know Fio is in one of them, but I'm not sure if anybody is in any of the newer games.
I hope you don't mean Metal Slug.

Yeah, people generally either think that was the first bad one or the last good one. I liked it, but some people don't.
