Decent starting point for Rush. You can definitely hear the Zeppelin influence as it's the same blues-based hard rock.

The majority of the music is average, but the band does have energy. Geddy Lee's wailing vocals are pretty hilarious and they work. John Rutsey was a competent drummer who was a good fit for this style. He does a fine job, but of course he would be overshadowed by Peart. Alex has some great leads on the album, but most of the riffs are forgettable.

The lyrics are nothing special, just your typical hard rock cheesiness. Neil Peart would take over in the lyrical department when he joined the band. In The Mood is an example of piss-poor lyrics.

I always liked the production on this album. Very loud and punchy bass, crisp heavy drums, and Alex's tone sounds great.

Working Man is the highlight of the album, with Here Again being the under appreciated track.

Finding My Way and WOrking Man are both top 15 Rush songs. What You're Doing Riffs so hard.
